With DeMar DeRozan resting, we only had four bets live yesterday and that ended 2-2 in the NBA.

We have a robust nine games on today, so let’s dive in.

'BULLSH*T': NBA fans in uproar over villain's 'thuggish' act

New Orleans Pelicans @ Philadelphia 76ers

The Pelicans are resting all of their key players in this game - it could be a bloodbath.

But, you can still get the 76ers at a margin of 11.5. I would think they cover that. Joel Embiid could have 40.

Best bet: Handicap betting - 76ers -11.5

Los Angeles Lakers @ Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving is out, so James Harden is the only one of the big three left. Consequently, his points line has been driven up to 28.5.

The urge is to go over, but Harden has shown a willingness to distribute for others all season and he hasn’t turned on the big scoring nights that often. I think he goes under and that is paying $1.85 on TAB.

Best bet: Player points - Harden under 28.5

Dallas Mavericks @ Golden State Warriors

Luka Dončić has a pretty high points mark, set at 26.5.

The Warriors defence is good and Dončić has had his issues with shooting at points this season. Given that combination, I think he goes under, and that pays $1.87 on Sportsbet.

Best bet: Player points - Dončić under 26.5

LA Clippers @ Washington Wizards

Last game, we saw Montrezl Harrell play just seven minutes. That was weird.

The market has reacted and dropped his rebound number down to 5.5.

I don’t think seven minutes of Harrell is what we are going to see each night, so I expect him to hit over that number.

On TAB, over 5.5 pays $1.85.

Best bet: Player rebounds - Harrell over 5.5

Denver Nuggets @ Detroit Pistons

Monte Morris is the Nuggets points guard, but that doesn’t mean he is out there throwing passes left and right.

That’s Nikola Jokić’s role. So, Morris is usually a low assist player. His line is set at 4.5 assists and I think he goes under in what could end up a blowout.

Under 4.5 is spying $1.80 on TAB.

Best bet: Player assists - Morris under 4.5
