NBA 2022: Best bets for all of Thursday's basketball action
Wednesday was an ugly day. D’Angelo Russell in foul trouble, Cade Cunningham allergic to rebounds.
A 1-4 day needs to be corrected. Let’s hope it is today.
Brooklyn Nets @ Washington Wizards
I know Kevin Durant is out, but the Nets still have Kyrie Riving and James Harden, yet they are underdogs to the Wizards.

'NASTY': Fan horror over NBA reporter's sickening fall
I don’t buy it. I think the Nets win. That is paying $2.00 on TAB.
Best bet: Nets to win
Cleveland Cavaliers @ Chicago Bulls
The Bulls are really struggling without Zach LaVine while Cleveland continues to roll.
The margin is set at only three, and given how impressive Cleveland has been, especially defensively, they should be able to keep the Bulls in check and win.
Best bet: Handicap betting - Cavs -3
Philadelphia 76ers @ Orlando Magic
It could be a blowout, but Joel Embiid is going to have his way with the Magic.
His points line is 28.5 and I think Embiid tops 30. It is paying $1.86 on Sportsbet.
Best bet: Player points - Embiid over 28.5
Houston Rockets @ Utah Jazz
Rudy Gobert’s rebound line is 17.5. That is a huge number.
Gobert is a great rebounder, but that is such a big line in a blowout potential game. His under is paying $1.75 on TAB.
Best bet: Player rebounds - Gobert under 17.5
Detroit Pistons @ Sacramento Kings
With no Tyrese Haliburton, there are more assists around, but I don’t think Buddy Hield gets them.
Hield’s line is 3.5 and the under is $1.48 on TAB.
Best bet: Player assists - Hield under 3.5
