NBA 2022: Best bets for all of Wednesday's basketball action

After a slow start to his season, Saddiq Bey has been on the improve for the Detroit Pistons. (Photo by Gregory Shamus/Getty Images)

Rough day on Tuesday with James Harden being scratched and the Nets floundering in Portland.

0-3 is bad, so let’s turn it around.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ New Orleans Pelicans

It feels like the Timberwolves get constantly underrated with their position in the market, and they are significantly better than the Pelicans.

So, only having them as three-point favourites feels like it is too low.

Best bet: Handicap betting - Timberwolves -3

Detroit Pistons @ Chicago Bulls

It’s a back to back for Detroit and last game, Saddiq Bey went bananas.

On a back to back, it can be hard to repeat, especially for someone who is usually inconsistent like Bey.

So, with a high pints liker on 19.5, the under at $1.85 on TAB s what I like.

Best bet: Player points - Bey under 19.5

Denver Nuggets @ LA Clippers

Eric Bledsoe has been up and down, but with Luke Kennard out still, Bledsoe still has a solid role and with a low points number of 9.5, I think going over makes sense.

It pays $2.00 to go over on TAB. With Isaiah Hartesnteins till out and Ivica Zubac ramping his minutes up, I like Zubac’s rebound total. It is only 7.5 and on TAB, over pays $2.05.

I am also pretty interested in Terrance Mann. A low assist line of 2.5 and on TAB, over is paying a gigantic $2.45.

Best bet: Player points - Bledsoe over 9.5

Best bet: Player rebounds - Zubac over 7.5

Best bet: Player assists - Mann over 2.5
