The Lakers look to be a safe bet in Wednesday's NBA action.

Missed the Spurs-Wizards under by 0.5 points to have a 2-3 day, which is disappointing.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Toronto Raptors

With no Khem Birch, Precious Achiuwa will get the start and lots of opportunities for rebounds against the Grizzlies. His mark is only 7.5 and the over is $.172 on TAB. I like that

Best bet player rebounds - Achiuwa over 7.5

Detroit Pistons @ Portland Trail Blazers

I know Portland are struggling, but being only 6.5 point favourites against the Pistons, at home, seems like it’s being taken too far.

It is a back to back for Portland, and Damian Lillard is not likely to play and Norman Powell could also miss.

The last time Lillard was out, the Blazers lost by 29 to Denver. So, on the surface, it seems like Portland should cover, but I am giving it to Detroit here and for $1.95 on TAB, the Pistons is the right move.

Without Lillard, CJ McCollum should hit his points over, which is $1.85 for 22.5 points on TAB, as well.

On the Detroit side, Cade Cunningham’s assist prop is at 5.5. He has hit over that number in seven of his last eight games, with the only miss being last time out against the Lakers. The over is also priced at $2.05 on TAB.

Best bet handicap option - Pistons +6.5

Best bet player points - McCollum over 22.5

Best bet player assists - Cunningham over 5.5
