NBA betting: Best bets for all the biggest games on Wednesday

Nikola Jokic, pictured here in action for the Denver Nuggets against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Not quite perfect, but 4-1 yesterday is a good result.

Let’s see what is on offer in today’s NBA games.

Washington Wizards @ Miami Heat

There is a chance Bradley Beal returns for Washington, but only being 6.5 point underdogs to the Heat, on the road, seems off regardless.

$126 MILLION DEBACLE: LeBron James footage exposes Lakers

Yes, Bam Adebayo is out as well as Kyle Lowry, but importantly, Jimmy Butler is playing and the Heat are significantly better than the Wizards. I think they cover.

Best bet: Handicap betting - Heat -6.5

Denver Nuggets @ Golden State Warriors

They don’t have Draymond Green, but Andrew Wiggins should return for Golden State.

Denver is up and down, but despite some good, recent wins, I don’t think they keep it close against the Warriors.

I also like Nikola Jokić’s points line, which is 28.5 on TAB. The under is paying $1.95 and despite his brilliance, I think there will be some issues going over that high number.

Best bet: Handicap betting - Warriors -7.5

Best bet: Player points - Jokić under 28.5

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Sacramento Kings

I know the Thunder have lost some big men, but Shai Gilgeous-Alexander having his rebound line at 7.5 seems wild.

That’s where it is on TAB and going under, which he has done every single game, pays $1.65

Best bet: Player rebounds - Gilgeous-Alexander under 7.5

Cleveland Cavaliers @ New Orleans Pelicans

Jonas Valančiūnas is set to return from illness and start for the Pelicans, but why is his assists line set at 3.5?

It’s not like he has ever been a prolific passer. I guess they expect it to bump up without Brandon Ingram, but I don’t.

Under 3.5 assists on Sportsbet pays $1.63

Best bet: Player assists - Valančiūnas under 3.5
