NBA 2021: Best bets for all the biggest games on Monday

It was a very bad week last week, with a lot of blowouts and close misses on props.

So we look to bounce back and get back into the positive.

New York Knicks @ Chicago Bulls

Watching Knicks basketball has been painful of late and now they take on the red-hot Chicago Bulls on the road.

I thought the spread would be bigger here, but it’s currently at just 5.5 points, so I think Chicago can comfortably cover that.

I also like DeMar DeRozan’s points here. It’s set at 24.5, a number he has gone over in three of the last four, including last game where he shot just 33%. The over is $1.90 on TAB

Best bet: Handicap betting - Bulls -5.5

Best bet: Player points - DeRozan over 24.5 Points

Toronto Raptors @ Golden State Warriors

The Warriors are seemingly a juggernaut again, while Toronto is struggling in a big way, although they could be bolstered by the return of OG Anunoby ahead of schedule.

Steph Curry and Draymond Green return for Golden State, and that makes me interested in Jordan Poole’s points line.

It’s set at 17.5 points and the under is $1.95 on TAB. With Steph there, his chances of going over decrease a lot, so the under works.

Best bet: Player points - Poole under 17.5 Points

Los Angeles Lakers @ Detroit Pistons

I have been very impressed by Cade Cunningham. I have not been impressed by the Lakers defence.

So, seeing Cade’s points line set at 15.5 with the over paying $1.84 on Sportsbet feels like it should be where I lean.

I also think that despite the Pistons’ wonky offence, the game total is too low at 211.5.

$1.91 for the over on Sportsbet.

Best bet: Player points - Cunningham over 15.5 Points

Best bet: Total points - Over 211.5
