NBA 2021: Best bets for all the biggest games on Monday
A 2-2 day before Christmas leads us into the last week of 2021.
Hopefully there aren’t too many late withdrawals to screw things up.
Detroit Pistons @ San Antonio Spurs
The Pistons are starting Derrick Walton Jr at point guard after their top four options are all out due to Covid.
'IMMATURITY': Kevin Durant called out over high schooler criticism
OPINION: 3 reasons the Lakers shouldn't trade for Ben Simmons
The Spurs are missing Dejounte Murray, but they should pummel the Pistons.
The line is 10 points and they should beat it comfortably.
Best bet: Handicap betting - Spurs -10
Denver Nuggets @ LA Clippers
No Reggie Jackson and now no Paul George for the Clippers. That’s all I need to see to know that Eric Bledsoe, the much-maligned Eric Bledsoe, has a chance at a good game.
Bledsoe’s points prop is set at 13.5, so going over for $1.79 on Sportsbet works for me.
Without Isaiah Hartenstein, Ivica Zubac’s rebound line is nice as well. Set at 7.5, over pays $2.00 on TAB.
Best bet: Player points - Bledsoe over 13.5
Best bet: Player rebounds - Zubac over 7.5
Indiana Pacers @ Chicago Bulls
We don’t know if Malcolm Brogdon is playing, so get on this now. Caris LeVert’s assist line is 4.5, paying $1.74 on Sportsbet.
If you’re frisky, over 5.5 assists pays $2.40 on TAB and if Brogdon is out, he goes over that number easily.
Best bet: Player assists - LeVert over 4.5
