Montrose 1-2 Partick Thistle: What the managers said

Montrose manager Craig Feroz: "I think there has been a massive improvement. I think we should have definitely got something from the game.

"I thought we should have had a penalty. I know it is not easy for the ref and I do not want to go on about it but I don't think we should have had a goal disallowed in the first half and I think we should have had a penalty.

"I really think we deserved something from the game and I think the refereeing cost us."

Partick Thistle assistant manager Ross Stormonth: "We know the strength of character in the dressing room. We always feel we are still in the game, we always believe in ourselves and it was a massive result.

"They are a team of believers. I think I was most pleased with the resilience to come back, win the game and see it out was massive when we were up against it.

"I think the girls deserve all the praise they can get."
