MMA fighter taunts opponent, immediately cops brutal KO

An American MMA fighter has received instant karma in the form of a massive head kick KO seconds after taunting his opponent.

Jordan Powell was taking on Dominick Reyes at Legacy Fighting Alliance 13 on Saturday when the brutal moment occured.

Powell thought it'd be a good idea to smile at Reyes and shake his head as if to say 'you can't touch this', but instantly received what was coming to him.

Reyes responded with a savage head kick that immediately turned Powell's lights out, crashing to the canvas for a huge walk-off KO.

It's not the first time we've seen this sort of thing in the Octagon, and it probably won't be the last.

It's the latest in a long line of recent head kick KO's:
