Mike Tyson's incredible praise for Anthony Joshua

Heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson has heaped praise on Anthony Joshua and likened the Brit to George Foreman after his brutal display against Wladimir Klitschko.

Sunday's knockout defeat of Klitschko, in front of 90,000 at Wembley Stadium, could yet prove the 27-year-old's defining fight and has earned him a reported $26 million.

Tyson told Sky Sports: "He is just a beast. A big beast.

"Joshua reminds me of a young George Foreman.

"He is just wrecking anyone that's in front of him to get to the top.

"He is demolishing everyone."

Joshua climbed off the canvas in round six to stop Ukrainian Klitschko in round 11 with a ferocious flurry of punches to retain his IBF heavyweight title and add the WBA belt to his collection in only his 19th professional fight.

Joshua sees the potential for another fight with the 41 year-old former two-time champion.

"I always knew I was fighting against a new and improved Klitschko," said Joshua.

"Klitschko was dominating for 10 years until he lost to Tyson Fury but what I kept on reminding myself was his obsession and his passion to get the victory.

"If he was fighting anyone else, he would've won but not against me. I have respect for what he has achieved in boxing and I would not mind fighting him again if he wants a rematch."
