Millman, who was a comprehensive victor winning 71 points to Ymer's 46, now awaits either Andreas Seppi and Illya Marchenko for a place in the quarter-finals.

Hoping to join Millman and de Minaur is James Duckworth, who takes on Emil Ruusuvuori.

Jannik Sinner is the top seed in the tournament and in the top half of the draw while Millman and de Minaur are set to clash in the quarter-finals if they win through.

Frenchman Gael Monfils (No.2) is the top player in their section of the draw.
