Millie Bobby Brown is no stranger to posting on social media while makeup-free. In the past, she's candidly spoken out about how she deals with acne as well as having shared a number of selfies of her natural skin texture when breaking out. But today, the 20-year-old actor is going that one step further in normalising pimples and skincare by appearing on national television sans makeup all while wearing a pimple patch. Mills, you dropped this > 👑.

Just short of 24 hours ago, The Drew Barrymore Show social media account posted a clip from their latest episode, teasing an appearance from Millie herself. In the short video, Mills tells Drew all about the wedding-themed party she had for her 20th birthday, however, as interested as we are to hear about the details behind such a coveted event, what initially piqued our interest was the fact that she's not only wearing a casual loungewear set but no-makeup and a Spot A Spot Blemish Patch by her very own brand, florence by mills.

To see such normality broadcast on national television is vital in challenging the warped standards of beauty we, unfortunately, continue to see online and in the media today. So, we have nothing but respect and admiration for the young star.

And it's not just Millie who is challenging the unrealistic standards of beauty but a select few admirable Hollywood stars, too. Pamela Anderson recently vowed to ditch her glam team in favour of a barefaced, natural look, taking to the likes of Fashion Week with no makeup on and Selena Gomez has also embraced her acne breakouts with a number of au naturel selfies on Instagram.

Now, as much as I love a full-face glam beat, embracing one's natural beauty never goes unappreciated – especially from celebrities like Millie. Say it with me now: Pimples, acne, blemishes and natural skin as such are all completely normal! More of this, please.
