AC Milan have renewed the contract of veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic by one year.
"After scoring 84 goals in 130 appearances with the Rossoneri, the Swedish striker will continue to be wearing the red and black jersey next season," a brief club statemen said.
Ibrahimovic, who turns 40 in October, played for Milan 2010-2012 and returned early last year.
He has scored 15 goals in the current season, with Milan ranked second behind cross-town rivals Inter.
"The saga continues," tweeted the veteran who recently also returned into the Swedish national team.
