Max Verstappen roars to victory at Belgian Grand Prix

Max Verstappen turned on a masterclass at the Belgian Formula One Grand Prix to claim the event for the second straight year. The Dutchman made a mockery of his starting grid position of 14th following the pre-race penalties handed to seven drivers by comfortably taking the chequered flag for the ninth time this season in a Red Bull 1-2 finish. Verstappen managed to avoid the early chaos that ended Lewis Hamilton's hopes on the opening lap to extend his lead in the 2022 Driver's Championship.
