Man calls cops after 'hard' foul in basketball game
A man has sensationally called the police after being aggressively fouled in an amateur basketball game.
The basketball player who reported the alleged assault was knocked to the ground following a hard screen from his opposition.
The scene quickly went viral after one witness posted a tweet containing a photo of the incident.

Footage emerged in the aftermath of the incident, and Instagram user @liberian soul briefly interviewed the police officer who was tasked to respond.
“Have you ever been called for a basketball foul?” asked @liberiansoul
“That’s my first time responding to a basketball foul,” responded the police officer.
“I thought it was a fight.”
The officer, who quickly realised the incident wasn’t a fight, didn’t place any charges.
The incident occurred at the LA Fitness centre in Sterling, Virginia.
