Love Island's Molly Marsh branded "an inspiration" as she reveals health condition

Love Island's Molly Marsh has been branded an "inspiration" after revealing that she suffers from eczema.

Taking to Instagram, Molly posted a video showing her followers the eczema she has on her arms, before demonstrating how she treats the inflammatory skin condition with a body balm.

"Yes, I have eczema! I’ve had so many questions like 'What’s on your arm?' and how I treat my dry & irritated skin," she captioned the post. "@renskincare Evercalm Barrier Support Body Balm is always with me and this is how it fits into my day-to-day routine!"

Fans praised Molly's candidness in the comments section of the post, with one writing: "You posting stuff like this shows you deal with the same stuff we do and I think you are just amazing and an inspiration."

"So happy you have shared this! Thank you for spreading awareness," wrote another, while a third added: "I have eczema, so knowing you do just made me feel a whole lot more confident."

"I have eczema and none of my friends have it, so I felt a bit alone but seeing this made my day," said a fourth.

Molly came fourth in this year's summer series of Love Island alongside Zach Noble, with couple deciding to pursue their romance on the outside.

Speaking at the reunion last month, Zach said he and Molly were going to take things slow and enjoy some privacy as their relationship develops.

"I’m definitely ready to get home and start the real thing," he said. "I couldn’t be more grateful. Love Island has done its job.

"We’re just going to take it slow, there’s no pressure and we know where we are. We have made the correct steps and took our time doing it. I want to do this properly now."

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
