The reality TV duo have remained together since they left the Love Island villa earlier this year and Will's making it clear he wants to keep it that way.
Chatting openly about their relationship, Will admitted he's "creeping" closer to a proposal.
Reflecting on his Love Island romance with Jessie, Will insisted their bond is now stronger than ever.
"Last week I made a romantic gesture to Jessie," he told Mail Online. "I won't lie, we are creeping up to the ring. We are creeping up to it.
"First stage is the goats, give us a couple of months and then the next thing is going to come and we will keep getting stronger and moving forward."
The farmer turned reality star went on to further detail how he envisions his future with Jessie.
"If I'm being completely honest, for me I know what I want and that's babies, marriage and living with Jessie for the rest of my life," he enthused. "It is going to happen."
Will revealed his relationship with Jessie is "completely different" to any of his past romances, noting that his last serious relationship was at the age of 16.
"Coming out the villa I had to tell her like, 'This is my first proper relationship and I am still learning but we are growing together'," he explained.
While Will didn't reveal exactly when he plans to pop the question, he insisted it's on his to-do list.
Once again making his intentions clear, the Love Island star highlighted how much he "wants to marry" Jessie.
"I say this to Jessie all the time, we are going to get married and have kids," he said.
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
