It wasn't Allen's best day. He completed 22-of-37 passes for 280 yards, and while he didn't throw for a touchdown, he got work done with his legs, with 50 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. His major issues came on interceptions. Allen came into the game having thrown just two interceptions on the entire season, but he doubled that total on Sunday.
Thankfully for the Bills, Allen's interception issues didn't doom the offense. But it was a different story for the Colts and their QB Joe Flacco, who threw three ill-timed interceptions that killed the team's momentum and ended valuable scoring opportunities. The Bills defense was all over Flacco's receivers as well as Flacco himself, sacking him four times.
With this win, the Bills are 8-2 for the first time since 1993. With this loss, the Colts are 4-6 and the coaching staff needs to have a serious discussion about whether Joe Flacco really is the best option for the team going forward, or if it's time to give Anthony Richardson another chance.
Saints snap skid thanks to major Falcons brain fart
What were the Falcons doing here?! Did they forget they're on a clock!? They fail to move until the clock is down to seven seconds, and it completely dooms them.
Falcons eke out 4th down TD thanks to Bijan Robinson
The Falcons gave the ball to Tyler Allgeier three straight times at the goal line, hoping each time he'd carry it in. They finally gave it to Bijan Robinson on 4th down and he had no problem running the ball into the end zone.
#Buccaneers say OT Tristan Wirfs (knee) is questionable to return. He needed help to just to hobble to the locker room so that might be an optimistic designation.
The Colts might want to ask themselves if the Flacco experiment is really working, as a 314-pound defensive tackle just intercepted him. Flacco has thrown two INTs today.
