Whatever you’re feeling right now, you’re probably right! That said though, be mindful of self-fulfilling prophecies if that’s at the cost of taking the action you know you need to take. In other words, don’t make excuses for yourself because you don’t want to change. Change can be great, but I do understand the trepidation of not knowing what’s on the other side. There’s only one way to find out though and that is to face your fears and make a move!
