Goalkeeper Levis Opiyo has re-joined Posta Rangers on a three-year deal, bringing to 11 the number of new faces to have joined the mailmen this transfer window.

Opiyo left Posta Rangers for Western Stima in 2015 before moving to Mathare United the following season.

Despite scaling his way up Mathare United's ranks following Wycliffe Kasaya’s injury late last season, Opiyo opted for a trip back to Rangers, who are readying themselves for a possible Patrick Matasi exit.

Matasi is being linked with a move outside the country with Zambia Premier League the most likely destination for the Kenyan Golden Glove winner.

“Goalkeeper Levis Opiyo has rejoined us on a three-year contract from Mathare United,” Posta Rangers confirmed on a social media post.

Opiyo replaces Faruk Shikhalo, who moved to Bandari.

Other new faces to have crossed to Posta Rangers are Suleiman Ngotho (Thika United), Kennedy Onyango (Nakumatt), George Abege (Sony Sugar), Danson Kago and Luis Misiko (Tusker), Marcellus Ingotsi (AFC Leopards), Peter Ng’ang’a (Nakuru AllStars), Osborne Monday and Calvin Odongo, both from Kariobangi Sharks and Jeremiah Wanjala (Kakamega Homeboyz).
