Hearts defender Dexter Lembikisa scored his first international goal as Jamaica beat Panama to finish third in the Concacaf Nations League.

The 20-year-old, on loan at Tynecastle from Wolves, netted the only goal of the game with a superb left-footed strike from outside the box late in the first half.

Jamaica looked set for the competition's final when Greg Leigh's early goal put them in front against the United States on 21 March, but the Reggae Boyz conceded a 96th-minute equaliser before eventually losing 3-1 after extra-time.
