Aaron Woods talks up early return from injury

After missing the last four weeks of action Aaron Woods looks likely to return early from an ankle injury.

While he was expected to return in Round 11 against the Knights, a recent trip to the doctor has the big man hopeful of getting back a week early against the Bulldogs this weekend.

Meanwhile, the Blues and Kangaroos prop also spoke out in support of Mitchell Pearce, and suggested the troubled halfback would be better off without Origin in 2016.
