Per a description of the property, the fully upgraded, turnkey, move-in ready dream home features luxuries such as top-of-the-line window blackouts with unparalleled city views, world-class amenities and a prime downtown location.
Amenities at Pippen’s former Miami condominium also include a resort-style pool with bungalows, a dog park, a soccer field and tennis courts, a gym with a boxing studio and a skydeck with a lounge.
Appliances listed are a dishwasher, dryer, ice maker, microwave, electric range stove, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven and a wall oven — perfect for hosting any gathering at home.
There is also a bar, a kitchen island, custom mirrors, an elevator, walk-in closets, and an area that doubles as a den or office based on your preferences. And of course, a home like this comes with storage.
Those interested in purchasing the property have the option to do so fully furnished or add their personal touch with decor of their choosing.
Pippen purchased the penthouse in September 2022 for $3.375 million following her split with ex husband Scottie Pippen earlier that same year. The Bravo reality star and the former NBA legend share four children together — sons Scotty Pippen Jr., 23, Preston Pippen, 20, Justin Pippen, 17, and daughter Sophia Pippen, 15.
Larsa is currently dating tennis shoe entrepreneur Marcus Jordan, the son of former Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan, who played alongside her ex. They are currently starring in season 2 of Peacock's competition show "The Traitors" together.
On Jan. 8, TMZ reported that sources close to the mother of four told the outlet that Larsa was selling the condo so that she and Marcus could shop for a home of their own.
Also last week, Larsa and Marcus appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen where the couple didn’t hold back about their sex lives.
The after-show host was following up on headline-making comments she’d made at last year's RHOM reunion, where she famously boasted she's "always had sex, like, four times a night," even while she was married to her ex.
"I also have sex probably five times a night with the love of my life," she said, gesturing to her boyfriend.
