Issac Luke poised to link with Dragons

Isaac Luke is poised to play for his third NRL club next season with St George Illawarra

Veteran hooker Issac Luke has taken to social media to confirm his NRL move to St George Illawarra.

"St George Dragons. On way," Luke wrote on Twitter.

The 32-year-old veteran, who has played 271 NRL matches with South Sydney (2007-15) and the Warriors (2016-19), is expected to provide dummy-half back up for Cameron McInnes as the Dragons attempt to rebound from a horror 2019 season.

Luke was not offered a new deal by the Warriors but his experience should prove handy for the Saints and it will likely end suggestions that halfback Ben Hunt should be an option at hooker.
