Injury concerns mount for Blues in AFL

Carlton defender Lachie Plowman has left the AFL clash with Collingwood with what appears to be a serious knee injury.

Plowman was unable to put any weight on his right leg after landing awkwardly in a second-quarter marking contest and left the MCG turf on a motorised cart.

The Blues also lost key forward Levi Casboult to a broken finger just minutes before the opening bounce of Sunday's match, with Cam O'Shea the late replacement.
