Two goals from the spot rounded off the perfect first Celtic start for Adam Idah, as his side saw off Hibs at Easter Road.
The 22-year-old was "confident" stepping up to take the penalties, and despite his match-winning impact admits he was "frustrated" with missing some opportunities.
“It was an amazing feeling to score in the 90th minute, and to get three points topped it all off,” he told CelticTV.
"I missed a few chances tonight which I was frustrated with, but I’ve taken penalties throughout my whole career and I think I’ve only missed one, so I was quite confident taking the penalty and thankfully it went in.
“I want to get minutes here and develop as a player, and whether that’s coming off the bench or starting, I’ll take it. I’m still young and to be fair to the gaffer, he’s given me that opportunity and I’m happy I’ve repaid him.
“To see the fans and the way they reacted to the goal was unbelievable, but I know myself how big this club is to everyone. It’s amazing, so I just want to keep on scoring goals and get three points on the table each week.
“Every single person has welcomed me, whether that’s the players, the staff, everyone at the training ground, and the fans have been unbelievable with me, especially on social media, and I’ve seen it all around the city. I’m enjoying life here and hopefully I can keep scoring goals.”
