Who is hosting the 2024 Grammy Awards?
Shortly after the news was announced that he’d be returning to the event, he shared how excited he was about it on his What Now? With Trevor Noah podcast. “I’m hosting the Grammys. I’m excited about that, yeah,” he said. “It’s a lot of fun. I enjoy the Grammys because I get to watch the show in person and then experience and comment on it in person while it’s happening."
Noah also recently spoke to PEOPLE about his hosting duties and what he's learned over the years. "The first thing I've learned is that all your preparation is really just the parachute for what actually happens on the night because anything can happen, and every single year it somehow does," he shared.
"I've also learned that because it's a celebration of these musicians and what they've done, everyone is there to party and have a good time. So, as the host, I'm constantly navigating the room," continued Noah.
Not only is Noah hosting the event, he’s also nominated for an award himself. The star received a nod for best comedy album I Wish You Would — marking his second-ever Grammy nomination, as his 2020 title Son of Patricia was also nominated in 2020 in the best comedy album category.
