A popular wrestler has suffered a gruesome injury after a spectacular stunt resulted in a horror mishap.
Mexican wrestler Goya Kong was taking part in a Lucha Libre AA Worldwide show recently when she attempted to forward flip onto three opponents below ring level.
Kong, the daughter of Mexican wrestling legend Brazo de Plata, landed on top of the other wrestlers before falling off and snapping her leg on landing.
As you can see above, Kong's leg twists horribly as she comes down with all of her weight, immediately screaming out in pain.
The 30-year-old was rushed to hospital, where she underwent surgery.
"Despite the fact that it is a bad injury, I want to carry on," Kong, real name Gloria Alvarado Nava, wrote on social media.
"God sends his best warriors into the worst battles."
She is expected to be out of action for up to a year.
