Holding abdominal plank position

A 68-year-old man from the Gold Coast, Paul Drinan, broke the record for maintaining the abdominal plank position earlier this week. His time was 33 minutes and 40 seconds, which smashed the previous world record by an astounding almost 14 minutes.

To develop your biceps, forearm and shoulder development would also eventuate to a degree. Look closely at his forearms and you'll see they're pretty ordinary, as is the rest of him. As a former power lifter turned bodybuilder, with over 20 years lifting experience, I can tell you this guy is a FAKE!

That is not muscle, it is synthol oil. he has basically filled his arm like a water balloon. That is why his shoulders and forearms are not comparable (even though they would have to be to attain that muscle mass)
