A moving tribute to the late Tony Greig before the SCG Test against Sri Lanka.
A man of both considerable intelligence, dedication, devotion and enthusiasm to all that he did for our great game.
Your wit, great cricket knowledge and courage will be sadly missed by cricket fans the world over.
Sincere condolences to his family. RIP Tony Greig.
End of an era, RIP Tony, great man who could talk to Prime Ministers and every day guy on the street.
I will miss his commentary, great radio voice!A true gentleman!
Always a pleasure to see and hear him. A legend who will be missed.
It was my great fortune to have met Tony Greig when I was younger and he was captain coach of the 1st grade at Waverley Cricket Club in the Sydney Grade Comp. He was a man of great integrity and he had a fabulous cricket brain. He was a VERY GOOD captain at all levels and could talk to kings as well as the common man. My condolences to his wife and family.
