Nottingham Forest look set to be one of the busier Premier League clubs on transfer deadline day.

Following the arrival of Giovanni Reyna on loan from Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday, Forest are also expecting to complete a move for Sporting Lisbon's highly rated young forward Rodrigo Ribeiro.

It is likely to be a loan deal initially, with an option to buy that could become an obligation if Ribeiro reaches set targets.

In addition, the likely departure of Orel Mangala to French club Lyon could pave the way for Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone to complete a switch to the City Ground.

Forest have already had one attempt to sign Johnstone rebuffed this week but, after current number one Matt Turner was blamed for Arsenal's opener on Tuesday, manager Nuno Espirito Santo has made it clear he feels the club need another goalkeeping option.
