Ex-Chelsea junior Jordan Hibbert signs for Sweden's United AFC

Former Chelsea junior Jordan Hibbert has joined Sweden's United AFC.

United AFC, formerly Vasby United, announced the signing of Hibbert this week.

The midfielder, 23, had been playing in the Portuguese second division with SC Farense and signed for United AFC until 2014.

Hibbert had three years at Chelsea and also played for Barnsley for three seasons.
