Paul Pogba has returned to the Manchester United XI, starting against Newcastle on Saturday for his first appearance since September.

The 24-year-old has been out since suffering a hamstring injury against Basel in the Champions League on September 12, and will provide a much-needed boost for Jose Mourinho's side.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic also returns to the squad, making the bench on his return from a cruciate knee injury suffered in April against Anderlecht in the Europa League.

Pogba and Ibrahimovic are not the only United players making an injury comeback on Saturday, though, with Marcus Rojo included in the squad for the first time since suffering a cruciate ligament injury in the same game as the Swedish striker.

Elsewhere, with Phil Jones injured on England duty, summer signing Victor Lindelof has been drafted into the United XI for his first Premier League start.

To make room for the injury returns, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been dropped from the matchday squad.
