Brazilian star Neymar can make his Paris Saint-Germain debut on Sunday after the French Football Federation's confirmation it has received his international clearance.
The league governing body tweeted on Friday the required transfer certificate from its Spanish counterpart had arrived to finalise Neymar's world-record switch from Barcelona.
PSG agreed to pay 222 million euros ($A334 million) for the 25-year-old forward. Although Neymar was introduced to the fans ahead of the weekend's Ligue 1 opener with Amiens, the transfer had not been fully completed.
With the details resolved, he is free to play away to Guingamp, if selected by PSG coach Unai Emery.
