Agent: Japhta and Mokondelela remain Orlnado Pirates players

Orlando Pirates midfielders Sello Japhta and Donaldo Mokondelela have both returned to their parent club.

The two attacking midfielders spent the second round of the 2016/17 season out on loan at Chippa United.

On Wednesday, reports stated that Japhta and Mokondelela had parted ways with the Buccaneers.

However, their agent Abbie Rasimphi of Liberate Resources Sports Management has dimissed the reports.

"No, there's no such thing. They are both still Pirates players," Rasimphi told Goal.

"They have running contracts with the club. In fact, Donald trained with the team today. That's all I can say," he concluded.

Japhta, who joined Pirates from Free State Stars in July, 2016, is yet to make his official debut for the club.

The left-footed attacker made only six appearances in all competitions for Chippa and he has been linked with a return to Stars.

His Bucs teammate Mokondelela, who joined Bucs from Baroka FC last July, also battled for game time at Chippa - making only three PSL appearances.
