TEAM NEWS: Chicharito starts for Mexico against Trinidad and Tobago, Vela dropped to bench

Juan Carlos Osorio has stayed true to his reputation and made a number of changes for Mexico's World Cup qualification match against Trinidad and Tobago.

The coach has made five changes from Mexico's 2-0 victory over Costa Rica and also looks set to deploy a different formation than the 4-3-3 El Tri played in the Estadio Azteca.

Despite changes, Mexico sticks with strategy

Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, who left the Costa Rica game with an injury, is fit to start, but Carlos Vela has been dropped to the bench. Chicharito will pair with Raul Jimenez up top.

In the midfield, Jonathan dos Santos makes way after a strong night against Costa Rica, with Jesus Molina and Diego Reyes set to partner in the center. Hector Herrera moves outside with Miguel Layun coming up from left back to play on the other wing and Atlas defender Luis Reyes taking the left back role.

And in goal, Osorio is going with Alfredo Talavera, who he considers better in the air than last match's starter Guillermo Ochoa.
