Ref allows controversial two-touch penalty in Serie A

As far as winners go, they don't come much more controversial than Carlos Bacca's for AC Milan against Sassuolo in Serie A.

Bacca scored one of the most bizarre penalties you're ever likely to see, during AC Milan's 1-0 win.

The Colombian striker stepped up for the spot kick in the 22nd minute, but it didn't exactly go as planned.

Bacca slipped just before he kicked the ball and his trailing left leg appeared to touch the ball onto his right shooting boot.

The ball looped up and over the goalkeeper, and into the back of the net to give Milan a contentious lead.

Furious Sassuolo players swarmed the referee to protest the fact the goal shouldn't stand because it touched Bacca twice before finding the net.

But the protests fell on deaf ears as Milan took a one goal advantage they would hang onto for the remainder of the match.
