Fornaroli drops F-bomb in bizarre victory speech

Melbourne City captain Bruno Fornaroli left everyone stunned when he dropped the F-bomb during his acceptance speech after the FFA Cup final.

The Uruguayan striker who doesn't speak much English bravely stepped up to the victory dais after helping his side beat Sydney FC 1-0 at AAMI Park on Wednesday night.

With the help of prepared cue cards, Fornaroli battled through his speech, heaping praise on his opponents, teammates and sponsors alike.

A few of his words got lost in translation and he seemed to share an inside joke with teammate Brandan at one stage, but the most bizarre moment came just as he was signing off.

"Come on City!" he roared, and as the crowd cheered in delight, Fornaroli unleashed with a departing spray.

"And f*** off!" he cried, throwing his cards into the air before celebrating with teammates.
