Villarreal star scores 50m wonder goal in La Liga

Nicola Sansone has scored a contender for goal of the year with a cracking strike from just inside the halfway line against Real Sociedad.

Villarreal earned a hard-fought 2-1 win on Monday, and it was Sansone who the hosts had to thank, scoring both goals.

But it was the second that created all the buzz, catching young Argentine keeper Geronimo Rulli napping.
