Norwegian footballers pull off epic volley from rooftop

Norwegian football club Rosenborg took training to the next level with an insane long-ball drill.

The defending Norwegian champions are getting ready for their season to begin this weekend and decided to try something different at training – seeing if any of their squad could volley a ball into the net from the summit of a 74 metre-tall tower block.

Club sponsor Scandic Lerkendal set the challenge with balls delivered in from the roof of the building – located in the corner of the stadium – with players on the ground needing to volley the ball into goal.

After a mammoth 44 attempts a player finally nailed it.
