Medics drop injured player off stretcher

Israeli medics have sent an injured football player crashing to the ground, just months after a similar incident in Greece.

With an hour gone in Maccabi Herzliya’s second-tier match at home to Maccabi Ahi Nazareth, the visitor’s Moamen Saleh went to ground clutching his leg.

A pair of medics ran onto the field with a foldout stretcher, loading the player before struggling to lift him.

One of the medics seems to have trouble getting stability with the team's captain on hand ot help out.

But when they began walking, the duo dropped the stretcher and the injured man.

Saleh angrily pushed the stretcher away before getting up with his captain lifting him into his arms and walking him to the sideline.
