Female UFC star's brutal rejection for Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor has reportedly received a brutal smackdown from female UFC champion Rose Namajunas.

McGregor famously had an all-time violent meltdown ahead of UFC 223 that resulted in multiple injuries and saw the mercurial fighter eventually slapped with handcuffs and facing criminal charges.

The incident that saw McGregor and his crew throw a dolly and a road block at an occupied van and injured and forced two fighters to miss their UFC 223 bouts left UFC president Dana White livid while damaging UFC’s and McGregor’s brand.

Namajunas was one of several female fighters on the bus during the shocking rampage, but escaped unscathed.

On Tuesday, Ike Feldman, an MMA radio and podcast host for New York’s WFAN and “Outside the Cage,” reported that McGregor reached out to apologise to Namajunas, who successfully defended her strawweight title against Joanna Jedrzejczyk in UFC 223’s co-main event.

But Namajunas was apparently having none of it.

Bleacher Report reached out to Namajunas’ longtime partner Pat Barry, who confirmed that McGregor did indeed unsuccessfully seek Namajunas’ forgiveness.

We can’t say that we blame her for her response.
