EastEnders spoilers follow.
Keanu Taylor has faced a huge setback over kidnapping son Albie in EastEnders.
Instead of taking his mum's advice, Keanu escalated the ruse by slipping a fake ransom note under Sharon's door to make her scramble for £50,000 to get her son back.
In Monday's (November 6) episode, Sharon initially kept the ransom note from everyone in order to protect Albie until she finally confessed everything to Kat and Phil.
The Mitchells agreed to give Sharon the money to pay off the kidnapper, before Karen dropped off another ransom note revealing a time and place to meet for the cash.
Keanu then had to pretend he was shocked when Sharon told him about the latest demands, though he was only dragged further into a dark plot by Sharon and Phil.
Phil met with Sharon and Keanu to promise he'd do the ransom drop and then he'd kill whoever the culprit was once he got Albie back safely.
"I'm not going to have anyone's blood on your hands. I'll do it," Keanu interjected.
Sharon encouraged Keanu to join Phil for the drop, ordering them to get Albie and then Phil could do his worst to the kidnapper.
"It's the best idea I've had all day," she said. "Tomorrow, our son comes home and the scum of the earth will get what they deserve."
How can Keanu keep his secret now?
