Duke lands another 5-star recruit in Cam Reddish

For the second time in a month, the Blue Devils have landed a commitment from a 5-star prospect, as Cam Reddish announced Friday he would attend Duke.

The 6-7 small forward, rated the No. 3 player in the Class of 2018 by ESPN, announced his decision via Twitter and The Players' Tribune.

Reddish, who is expected to go the one-and-done route and head for the NBA after his freshman season, had also been considering Kentucky, UConn, Villanova and UCLA.

Coach Mike Krzyzewski now has two of the top 10 players in ESPN's Class of 2018 rankings. On Aug. 13, 6-1 guard Tre Jones, the No. 10 ranked player, committed to the Blue Devils. His brother, Tyus Jones, played at Duke before moving on to the NBA with the Timberwolves.

Reddish, who lives in Norristown, Pa., just outside Philadelphia, averaged 23 points and eight rebounds per game in Nike's Elite Youth Basketball League this summer.
