Anthony Don will have a clear shot at becoming the Gold Coast's greatest ever try-scorer after he signed a new two-year deal at the NRL club.
Don, who was off-contract at the end of the year, will now remain at the Titans until the end of 2020.
A noted flyer, the winger has crossed for 63 tries at the Titans - just four shy of the club record 67 set by David Mead between 2009 and 2016.
Notably, the 30-year-old has played just 106 games since debuting in 2013, 42 less than Mead to rack up his haul.
"I love this club and the Gold Coast," Don said.
"They gave me a chance as a 25-year-old and it's been great to represent my local region at NRL level.
"I've enjoyed every minute with the Titans. We've got a great bunch of guys here and after performances like last weekend, I know we have the potential to do something special over the next few years."
Don reportedly attracted interest from a number of Sydney clubs, but his retention is crucial to the Titans given he was the club's player of the year in 2017.
"I've said before how much Anthony means to this football club," coach Garth Brennan said.
"He is Mr Reliable on that right wing and we all know that each week he will go out there and do his job for the team.
"He is someone the members and fans love and he's a player that I enjoy coaching. You always know what you're going to get and I can trust him to play his role."
