If you're in fantasy football, you've already voiced your concerns about CeeDee Lamb heading into 2024.

He's currently listed as injured in certain leagues, which is alarming given that he signed a massive extension with the Dallas Cowboys and should be ready for Week 1. But as we explained, he's not injured.

The Cowboys got a two-game roster exemption, and they were able to do that with him being placed on what's called the Commissioner's Exempt List. And that, my friends, is what CEL means when you see it attached to certain players like Lamb.
