Diomande called up by both Ghana and Ivory Coast

Mohamed Diomande has been called up by the Ghana national team for the first time - as well as the Ivory Coast under-23s.

The in-form Rangers midfielder is Ivorian born, but grew up and trained at Ghana's Right to Dream Academy.

The 22-year-old has previously represented the Ivory Coast, but faces a decision on his international future with Ghana manager Otto Addo naming him in his squad for upcoming friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.

Addo was the assistant manager at Danish top-flight club Nordsjælland, who Diomande is on loan from.
