Should the number 10 open? I can't remember the last time the sa openers put on more than 50!

Smith ended up with 4/57, he doesn't bowl the best deliveries, but he has a knack of getting regular wickets, perfect 2nd spinner.

Who's our 1st spinner though? Doherty is @%&# and O'Keefe doesn't seem in favour. Can't believe I'm saying this but bring back Horry??/

Adrian.

Hauritx has been batting garbage, but he has the chance to post a score today as night watchman, and get some extra confidence.

Klinger is keeping wickets, Manou didn't just get a golden duck, he got a broken toe for his troubles, Henriques is bringing back the sandshoe crusher.

Our keepers are dropping like flies - I hope Hads stays fit for the rest of the Ashes!

Pretty embarrassing breaking a toe from a Moises delivery though!

Yep, although possibly the fastest of the Blues bowlers currently fit, he is hardly express, and Manure would face tait in the nets

NZSW score 0/41 in the 1st hour, Horry keeping it ticking, Khawaja getting set.

Thankfully if Haddin does get injured, we still have plenty of fit keepers to choose from like Ronchi, Wade and Hartely.

Yes, we are lucky that we have depth in keepers - shame there is only one in a side!

Khawaja just 2 short of a 50 now - it has been a patient knock, I think he knows what it could mean if he gets triple figures (and I don't mean for this game).

Over 50.3: Cassell to Khawaja, one run, worked to mid wicket bringing up his 50 off 139 balls in 195 minutes

He is averaging 76 in sheffield shield this year, he has done enough, give that man a baggy green

Now that he has 50, it'd be good if he could up the anti a bit, striking at 37 isn't exactly eye catching!

He has gone and got out to a bloke who has never taken a 1st class wicket, in the over before lunch. If Clarke is injured again he is a perfect replacement.

Khawaja will be very disappointed about losing his wicket just before lunch in a dominant session by NSW. Hauritz remains at the crease on 45* as NSW trail by 31 runs Over 54.5: Cooper to Khawaja, no run, OUT, rocks back, cut away and a good catch taken by Christian at first slip. A crucial wicket for SA as the players go off for lunch. NSW 4/157

Uzzie you dud.

Is there a batsman in the country who will just smash down the door and say 'pick me'?  There are too many nervous chumps going around at the moment.
