Brutal blunder cruels India's Champions Trophy hopes

India were left to rue a brutal let-off that proved extremely costly in their Champions Trophy final loss to Pakistan.

India thought they'd made the perfect start against their arch-rivals, dismissing opener Fakhar Zaman for just 3 in the third over.

However the Pakistani was given a massive reprieve when replays showed bowler Jasprit Bumrah had overstepped and bowled a no-ball.

Fakhar made India pay for the silly blunder, going on to record his maiden ODI hundred with a masterful 114.

The brilliant knock helped Pakistan rack up an imposing target of 338 and India never looked likely to chase it down, losing by 180 runs.
