'That's a fine': Nathan Lyon answers reporter's phone

The Aussies have arrived at the Gabba in a cheeky mood, exemplified by Nathan Lyon hilariously answering a journo's phone during a media conference.

The Australian off-spinner was answering questions from reporters on Monday when a phone starting ringing on the desk in front of him.

"Do you want me to answer that?" Lyon called out, before fielding the call.

"G'Day David, sorry we're in a press conference", he said to the call before hanging up with a cheeky grin on his face.

"Rookie," he chuckled. "That's a big fine!"

Lyon also laughed off speculation that Australia will use four quicks in the first Test against Pakistan starting Thursday.

"I will tell you one thing. This is my sixth Test match (in Brisbane) and every year you guys seem to write that," he said.

"I will leave you guys to write that there are going to be four quicks.

"I am confident of playing, I will put it that way."
